Transport for Greater Manchester has announced the launch of a new £830k grant programme to support the provision of cycle parking across the region.
Grants are available up to a maximum of £15,000 for small businesses, community groups, NHS healthcare providers and primary, secondary and further education providers.
This grant can be used by organisations to install cycle parking that will be available for use by anyone travelling to that location by bicycle, including but not limited to staff, pupils, residents, patients and visitors.
The programme is funded through the Department for Transport and Active Travel England Capability and Ambition Fund, which will support the principals and aims of Greater Manchester’s refreshed active travel mission.
Applications close Friday 10 November 2023 at 5 pm.
