Tameside Council and the GM Business Growth Hub are happy to announce this year’s Tameside Means Business Net Zero Festival will be held at the Global Grooves’ Centre for Carnival Arts, The Vale, located in Mossley. Hosted on the 8th December 2023, this festival aims to bring together Tameside businesses and embrace the journey to net zero.
This free event will allow businesses to take advantage of fully funded offers and peer-to-peer support to help grow while fully embracing the region’s collective journey to net zero.
Included in this event are interactive experiences, guest speakers and a green business networking platform, to aid in businesses moving forward whilst being part of a collaborative effort that brings a positive change for the wider community.
Sponsored by Dukinfield-based World Heat Cylinders, the festival will bring together organisations like Enerlytic, GM Business Growth Hub, Green Economy, Solarus Energy Ltd and Mosodi. These businesses are leading the way on green technology within Greater Manchester and can support other businesses with their journey to Net Zero, helping them to navigate the transition with access to reliable, sustainable and trusted potential partners.
Tameside Means Business are a business support scheme in place to help Tameside-based businesses find the right support to help grow and flourish, offering advice on marketing, businesses planning, recruitment support and opportunities for networking. This year’s Net Zero Festival is in partnership with GM Business Growth Hub, a part of the Growth Company which aims to support businesses in a wide range of areas including training, funding and expert guidance around Greater Manchester.
